Getting Invalid Session Id after Verification Code on sign in to Apple ID

Description

I have an extension and web site which use "Sign in with Apple ID". It fails after entering Apple ID Verification Code. GoodLinks is the extension.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add GoodLinks Extension and pin to top bar.
2. Goto any webpage and click GoodLinks Extension
3. Click Sign in with Apple ID button
4. Sign in to Apple ID form
5. Enter Apple ID Verification Code into form.

Actual result:

Expected result:

To authenticate GoodLinks to iCloud.

Does the issue occur without goodlinks? @eyeonpower

It happens with Drafts Web Capture which is a bookmarklet where it uses the Sign in with Apple ID. Drafts Web Capture works in Chrome but not Brave. Also, the Drafts Web Capture did work a few months back in Brave.
