Verification PASSED using

Brave 1.40.113 Chromium: 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Revision a1c2360c5b02a6d4d6ab33796ad8a268a6128226-refs/branch-heads/5060@{#1124}
OS Windows 10 Version 21H2 (Build 19044.1766)

And go-ipfs 0.13.0.

I encountered the following issues during testing (tests left un-run are reflected in, and/or blocked, by the below):

  1. https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/21479
  2. https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/21421
  3. https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/21505; covers most of the open issues involving redirects
  4. https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/21454; related to the above
  5. https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/21306
  6. https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/17648
  7. https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/16752
  8. https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/17300

I also skipped the Peers section, since it's (likely) barely used except by power users, and hasn't been touched for a while.
