Hi @softvision-oana-arbuzov Can you try turning shields down and see if that lets you through.
@rebron I've kind of misread the questions and reply with yes (I've updated them), but the issue still reproduces when disabling the shield or rewards.
Changing Block third-party cookies
to Allow all cookies
under Settings < Privacy and security < Clear cookies and site data allowed me to create the account.

Nihal-Raj is correct; My drill down to browser settings is as such:
Firefox settings, privacy, cookies, manage-exceptions: live.com=allow Brave settings, privacy, cookies: allow all cookies

Unable to create an Outlook account, Captcha verification keeps being displayed.
Steps to Reproduce
Actual result:
The account is not created and Captcha verification is displayed again.
Expected result:
The account is successfully created and redirect to https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/ is performed.

Always.
