Problematic Rendering Performance #26806

Description

Issue being, that Brave struggles reaaaally bad with rendering on https://solitaire.xaml.live/ Attached is a comparison video of chrome vs brave. No extensions, no Brave Shield activated. Pure browser vs browser.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://solitaire.xaml.live/
  2. Click to Play the Game
  3. Drag Elements around

The performance has been degrading for a while now. This also applies to mobile versions like Android.

I'm curious if it's because of the amount of features that have been added or the decision to use a sluggish framework like React for the UI, even though Chromium provides a CustomElementRegistry.
