Description

Switch state animation is jerky in brave news sources, it looks like animation gets stuck half way and then continues. It does not affect the sources.

Steps to reproduce

Enable Brave News
Open News settings
Tap on All Sources
Enabled/disable some sources

Actual result

Expected result

Switch state animation should be smooth back and forth.

@Uni-verse this issue is irrelevant with new brave news settings changes. Can you please confirm and close the issue ?
