Slow filecoin sending #27488

This user (https://community.brave.com/t/nothing-happens-when-i-send/451090/30) is having issues sending filecoin. would you mind having a look ?

I tried to replicate sending filecoin on desktop on 1.48 & 1.46. On 1.46 it was significantly slower.

    The error waiting 'the amount has to be greater than 0' shows up for 5 seconds and you can't press send. Eventually the confirmation screen comes up
    It speeds up when you do the second send.
    But when I did it from the panel, it took 8-9 seconds for the confirmation screen to come. 

this doesn't solve the users issue. But maybe you could see what might be happening and comment on the above experience ? maybe it won't happen in releases post 1.46 ?

Filecoin.GasEstimateMessageGas is the bottleneck here, it takes up to 9 seconds for me while others don't take so much. PL is going to make a research here,
