Some string are not translated in Tor connection indicator #27747

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Clean install
  2. Run Brave is Polish PL locale
  3. Open brave://settings/privacy
  4. Enable Use Bridges in Tor windows section
  5. Select meek-azure in Select a built-in-bridge drop-down menu
  6. Click Apply changes
  7. Restart Brave
  8. Open New Tor Window
  9. Observe the Tor connection indicator

Actual result:

Handshake finished with a relay to build circuits is not translated image

Asking for networkstatus consensus image

Establishing a Tor circuit image

Handshaking with a relay image

Expected result:

Strings are translated translated

I think that those strings come directly from the tor daemon debug log. I don't know whether they have translations on the Tor side.
