Medium email campaign source tracking parameter #28649

Medium email digests appear to include a parameter tracking the user / email address:

It was added to the clean URLs list in https://github.com/brave/adblock-lists/pull/1080, but we should look for more examples and see whether that parameter is used for anything else or whether it can be safely removed (scoped to medium.com).
