Typing Vietnamese using Unikey telex input method from address bar error when autocomplete with "Browsing History" suggession enabled

Error typing Vietnamese language using Unikey program with Telex input method (same as Telex in MacOS) when enable "Browsing History" suggestions

Steps to Reproduce

I enable "Show autocomplete suggestions in address bar" with "Browsing History" enabled (image 1).
I open new tab (by any ways) and i typing "bootstrap" then Brave show as "boốttrap" (image 2) and when i press space it show as "bbootstrap " (image 3).
It occur with any typing word using 1 of all telex character (đ, â, ô, ê, ...)

Expected result:

When i disable "Browsing History" (Top sites and Bookmarks on or off - image 4) and open new tab, typing "bootstrap" then Brave show as "bốttrap", but when i prewss space it show as "bootstrap " (image 5). Image 4: Image 5:
