Brave Freezes & Can't be started #30144

Description

Brave will freeze & refuse to load any tabs. "Tab not responding" alert is displayed and whole browser will become non-functional. Exiting the browser via menu->exit does not solve the issue as the browser refuses to start after closing it. I had to force-close brave processes to be able to open it again 

> taskkill /f /im brave.exe

SUCCESS: The process "brave.exe" with PID 37264 has been terminated.
SUCCESS: The process "brave.exe" with PID 38528 has been terminated.

Steps to Reproduce

right now have no idea whats triggering this. Appears while using the browser normally.

Actual result:

normal behavior

Expected result:

not loading tabs, freezing. also had a weird behavior when typing into the URL bar, it seemed the letters were appearing with a slight delay which doesnt happen normally

Reproduces how often:

maybe once a day or less

Do you happen to have any extensions installed in the browser at this time? Additionally, if you try to launch just a Private browsing window (without opening a standard window) do you see the same behavior?

I have recently installed WebChatGPT extension. Since removing it, I have not had this issue occur once. I suspect it was causing the problem. Closing the issue for now
