chrome-native:// is shown in multiple places in URL search bar

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave on a tablet
2. Open NTP > Tap ! in URL search bar > Observe Brave logo and chrome-native://newtab > Close it
3. Tree-dot menu > History > Tap ! in URL search bar > Observe Brave logo and chrome-native://history > Close it
4. Tree-dot menu > Downloads > Tap ! in URL search bar > Observe Brave logo and chrome-native://downloads > Close it
5. Tree-dot menu > Bookmarks > Tap ! in URL search bar > Observe Brave logo and chrome-native://bookmarks > Close it
6. Tree-dot menu > Recent tabs > Tap ! in URL search bar > Observe Brave logo and chrome-native://recent-tabs > Close it

Actual result

A lot of screens show chrome-native:// in the URL search bar. This is happening on tablets (NTP, History, Downloads, Bookmarks and Recent tabs) and phones (Recent tabs). Some other screens like Brave Rewards, for example, show Globe logo instead of Brave logo and brave://.

At the same time if you type, for example, chrome-native://downloads and hit Enter, it's not opening the corresponding page. So, it's very confusing.
