Repeated RESULT_CODE_HUNG - macOS Sonoma

Description

MacOS browser repeatedly hangs w/ error when visiting certain pages. Most noticeable on Reddit when in the process of making a comment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to reddit.com
2. Try to make a comment
3. Page will hang. Scrollable, but nothing clickable.
4. Eventually will get an error to quit the tab w/ error RESULT_CODE_HUNG
5. CPU usage will go through the roof... 110-120% etc in Activity Monitor.
6. Issue does NOT replicate in Incognito, but I have zero extensions enabled. Are there hidden plugins?

OTHER PERTINENT??

• Running macOS Sonoma Beta.. issue existed with past Beta too.
• I've also tried the Brave Nightly, and that can't even open. Only Extension I have running is 1password, but issue still shows

• Tab hangs
• CPU usage through the roof
