Vertical tabs - title bar consuming space in fullscreen #32549

Description

Blank title bar still visible in fullscreen mode when in fullscreen

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable vertical tabs
  2. Enable 'show titlebar'
  3. Enter fullscreen

Actual result:

Blank bar visible at the top of screen.

Brave version (brave://version info)

Brave | 1.57.53 Chromium: 116.0.5845.114 (Official Build) (x86_64) Revision | b7a154dc9e27b02528cb2cfc8010d8edf1e35571 OS | macOS Version 12.6.2 (Build 21G320)

@pat-flew Can you update to 1.58.124 and let us know if you're still seeing this?

Hey @rebron, yes just tested and am still seeing the behaviour in 1.58.124
