icloud unable to be opened - Chromium issue #32594

Description

Going to icloud.com results in page not opening. It displays that there is a Connection Error.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to icloud.com
  2. See "Connection Error"

Actual result:

Expected result:

Should display the login page or bring me to my email.

Reproduces how often:

Every time I visit. Sometimes it will load the initial page and it will make you think you can login, but as soon as you do, it goes back to the Connection Error message as indicated by screenshot below:

Checking icloud, had no issues here, 2FA code sent to my iphone, was able to login with default shields

Appreciate you checking @ryanbr. This is going to drive me nuts. I've done all the basic troubleshooting and steps can do. It's happening regardless of Chromium browser, doesn't matter if it's wifi or ethernet, happens even if I create a brand new Windows User on my PC, etc.

I never use VPN, proxy, firewall, etc beyond whatever comes with basic Windows Security. But I've even turned it off in testing but there was no difference.

If other people can't replicate, not quite sure what to do.

@ryanbr something may have regressed here - @Saoiray is reporting this is happening after the 1.59 release today

Only, this time I'm not even getting that same error message as I had before. It just remains blank.

Below are things I'm seeing from Dev Tools.

If it helps, Net Export from Brave where this issue occurs is below:

And Net Export where I'm connecting via VPN, in case it gives hints:

And awkwardly, Dev Tools still has a lot of errors despite working:

It's weird how things went from an issue to working fine, but then suddenly breaking again in this recent update.

Also will note that as had stated before, this icloud issue seems to occur on Chrome, Vivaldi, Brave, and Edge.
