Manual test run on OSX/macOS for 1.59.x - Nightly (Checking C117) #32673

The following basically checks and ensures that you can install the latest Nightly that includes C117 on older macOS versions without any issues/startup crashes. For reference, we had a startup crash on C97 as per https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/20351 that wasn't caught before we released.

Confirm that C117 cannot be installed on these older macOS versions as C116 was the last supported Chromium version:

Verified with macOS High Sierra 10.13.x x64:

As mentioned above, C117 drops support for both High Sierra & Mojave. Ensured that you cannot launch C117 version of Nightly as per the following:

Verification PASSED on macOS Catalina 10.15.x x64 using the following build:

Brave   1.59.64 Chromium: 117.0.5938.35 (Official Build) nightly (x86_64)
