Importing passwords and autofill (address, credit-card/payments) from `Firefox` doesn't work on macOS and Linux

Importing passwords and autofill from Firefox doesn't work on macOS

Steps to Reproduce

1. install Firefox 119.0 (64-bit)
2. launch it
3. save passwords
4. save a credit card
5. save name & address information (autofill)
6. close Firefox
7. install Brave 1.62.20
8. launch it
9. on the onboarding screen, click on Firefox
10. import your test profile with password & autofill data
11. click Finish
12. open brave://password-manager/passwords
13. open brave://settings/payments
14. open brave://settings/addresses

Actual result:

None of the above: passwords, payments (credit card info), and addresses are imported

Expected result:

The above datatypes should be imported

Reproduces how often:

Version/Channel Information:

• Can you reproduce this issue with the current release? Yes (saddest of all)
• Can you reproduce this issue with the beta channel? Yes (very sad)
• Can you reproduce this issue with the nightly channel? Yes (still oh-so-sad)

Hmm, it seems upstream has same issue. I can't import them from firefox to chrome.
