Issue resurfaced — Cannot log into store.playstation.com

Description

This was an issue a few years ago that got fixed: https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/11000

However, this issue seems to have reappeared for Brave. I'm seeing this issue across all Brave channels but not on Chrome. Throws the same Can't connect to the server error. Note that disabling Shields does resolve the issue.

Reproduces how often:

Every time

Brave version (brave://version info)

v1.60.110 - v1.62.24

Version/Channel Information:

Can you reproduce this issue with the nightly channel? Yes

Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? Yes

I am able to reproduce this issue right now, I logged in using FF without problem.

This is constantly a problem with sony's website, it doesn't really like firefox either, it gets stuck in a loop burning up a cpu core for minutes sometimes. I currently can't login with chrome or brave.
