Wrongly calculated/displayed data in Privacy Stats

Description

The (estimated) amount of saved data is wrong in the Privacy Stats and Privacy Report. Initially, I saw the stats go to 1GB (1.00) which was fine but then I noticed the number getting larger quite fast, it went to 1.9GB in no time, just to realise it was wrong. It was actually 1.09GB.

Current amount, 1.10GB is displayed below on the screenshot.

Steps to reproduce

1. Just use the browser with enabled ad-blocking
2. Observe the number of saved data

Actual result

It went from 1.00 to 1.9 instead of 1.09 and then from 1.9 to 1.10.

Expected result

It should have gone from 1.09 to 1.10.

Issue reproduces how often

Intermittent.
