Unable to Unfollow channels subscribed while using a different system-level language

Steps to Reproduce

0. (as en-US via macOS language setting)
1. install 1.63.93
2. launch Brave
3. open a new-tab page
4. scroll down
5. click on Turn on Brave News
6. click on Customize
7. follow a bunch of sources (channels)
8. shut down Brave
9. switch your macOS system-language setting to Deutsch (or similar)
10. relaunch Brave
11. open Brave News
12. click on Customize
13. try to Unfollow your previously-subscribed channels

Actual result:

Unable to Unfollow channels

Expected result:

Able to Unfollow channels

Reproduces how often:

100%
