Leo Default settings brave://settings/leo-assistant: It's invisible to the user. There is no context about these settings and the default. For example, what is Leo? What is llama2 13b? Nothing to assuage concerns. Recommendation. Link from the settings page to the what we say on our main site (which has an FAQ) and or wiki

We should add an info bubble or link. cc @aguscruiz
