[Perf] Android memory/CPU regression in system_health.common_mobile/wikipedia after updating perf profiles (v1.64.26) #35689

We see a dramatically increase that doesn't match the other cases. So the issue doesn't fit to https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/35691.

The test case doesn't work as expected: we're waiting a banner much more that expected 5 sec. It results in test duration about 1 min. But this behavior was before updating the profiles, so it can't explain the differences.

The traces analysis shows extra CPU activity and processing of accessibility events right before the test scroll.
