Speedreader does not render non-English characters properly

Description

Issue is fairly straightforward — Speedreader does not render non-English characters properly:

Worth noting that I see this issue as well on my end, but I do get different incorrect characters than this user gets in their example. Additionally, issue does not appear to be present in mobile versions of Speedreader.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to https://www.elmundo.es/deportes/futbol/primera-division/2023/11/02/651d7316e4d4d81e068b45a5.html 1 (for example)
Click Speedreader
Non-english characters are not displayed properly

Expected result:

Reproduces how often:

Always (on Desktop)

Brave version (brave://version info)

1.60.110+

It's already fixed in nightly and beta original issue https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/35180
