`Contribution banner` doesn't show the picture on the top of the screen #36737

Description

The Tipping banner doesn't show the picture on the top of the screen.

Steps to reproduce

Launch Brave 1.61.x or newer
Enable Rewards (Staging is fine) > Connect custodian
Go to https://wikipedia.org or https://github.com/miyayes
Tap Rewards thumbnail > Send contribution > Observe

Actual result

The Tipping banner doesn't show the picture on the top of the screen. This is a regression issue, and starts happening with build 1.61.x.

Expected result

The picture on the tipping banner must be shown.

Can you reproduce this issue with the current Play Store version? YES

Can you reproduce this issue with the current Play Store Nightly version? YES

Install type (ARM, x86): ARM
Device type (Phone, Tablet, Phablet): ANY
Android version: ANY

Brave version

Brave build: 1.65.73 
Chromium: 123.0.6312.29 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

Website problems only

Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards?
Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome?
