Youtube feedback option doesn't display when Shields are up

Description

When logged into Youtube.com, if you click on your profile icon, then select Send feedback (last option in the menu), there is a check box option towards the bottom of the resulting panel — We may email you for more information or updates — that does not appear if Shields are enabled:

Note that this occurs in stable, Beta and Nightly builds of the browser and occurs on both macOS and Windows systems.
