[Feature Request] Option to hide menu and url bar for specific website #37050

Problem Description

On specific websites (youtube,myjdownloader, truenas webui, portainer etc) the menu and url bar are taking away a lot of the display space.

Feature Overview

Make it possible to set specifc (on your own not provided by you!) websites where the url and menu bar are hidden. This would make the feel of a real app within the browser (kind of pwa).

User Experience

  1. In a menu within the settings you specify the websites you want use this feature
  2. When opening the url of these specified websites the menu bar and the url bad disappear
  3. When long pressing the context menu, the menu bar and the url bar appear again
  4. When clicking away the context menu the menu bar and the url bar disappear again

I think this is an interesting feature idea but we would need to get a security pre-review on it before consideration of the UX. @anthonypkeane WDYT?
