Description

Brave doesn't have a microphone pop up that allows users to convert their speech to text. This could be helpful for many different use cases, including users with and without limited mobility.

https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/37113 might be partially related. The reason I'm asking for this as a native feature in Brave is because I can't use my microphone to convert speech to text on many different websites, including https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/demos/speech.html.

For whatever reason, microphone input works fine at https://www.youtube.com/feed/history, and in Zoom and Discord.

Brave adding native support for this feature could eliminate the need to use any other speech to text tools in the browser altogether.
