We updated the design of several elements in the NTP to match the glassmorphic design we're heading into with Brave News. Here's a detail of the changes:

### General
- [ ] Colors depicted below now DON'T change between light/dark mode settings. They're universal.
- [ ] Margin between privacy hub and privacy hub is now 8px on the phone (I think it was 16px before). Tablet remains the same.

### Favorites / Top sites
- [ ] Changed size of the favicon to 36x36
- [ ] Changed size of containing box to 56x56
- [ ] Changed background color to glass/25
- [ ] Added stroke gradient on each box
- [ ] Tweaked background blur to each box
- [ ] Border radius is 12px
- [ ] Pressed state remains as is

### Privacy hub
- [ ] Changed background color to glass/25
- [ ] Added stroke gradient box
- [ ] Tweaked background blur to each box
- [ ] Border radius is 12px

### Photo credit
- [ ] Background color is glass/10
