Can't change app language #37271

Description

Steps to reproduce

Start with non English language Brave (Hungarian for me)
3 dot menu > settings > languages > Brave's language
Set to English
Press restart Brave button that popped up at the bottom of the screen

Actual result

The app is still not in English.

Expected result

The app should be in English.

It also doesn't work on Windows. This is after a browser restart, the menu is clearly wrong, it's in English, not Hungarian:
