[iOS/Wallet] Network selection in onboarding #37740

We either need to make at least 1 network for each coin type visible (ex Filecoin Mainnet, Bitcoin Mainnet, and later ZCash Mainnet), or wait for a fix for https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/38496.
