Description

Google login doesn't work on https://gizmodo.com/

Steps to Reproduce

Login into Google
Signup to https://gizmodo.com/
Then attempt to login https://gizmodo.com/

Actual result:

giz-cross-site-cokkies

Expected result:

giz-allow-cokkies

Reproduces how often:

Brave version (brave://version info)

Version/Channel Information:

Can you reproduce this issue with the current release? Yes
Can you reproduce this issue with the beta channel? Yes
Can you reproduce this issue with the nightly channel? Yes

Other Additional Information:

Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? Yes
Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards?
Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? No

Miscellaneous Information:

Disabling 3rd-party cookies in Chrome also breaks.
