Pin to taskbar is not working in ARM64 WIN24H2 #38475

Description

The pin to taskbar option is not working. After clicking on the icon no windows popup is displayed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Settings
  2. Get Started
  3. Click on Pin to taskbar. Nothing happens

Actual result

No Windows notification is coming to allow the icon pin to the taskbar

Expected result

Windows notification should be displayed and the icon should be pinned in the taskbar. in WIN23H2 x64 this is working fine.
