Description

When swichting use secure DNS in brave://settings/security it applies to all profiles.

Do we have a documentation of what's set per profile and what not?

Steps to reproduce

Open Browser with profile A
Go to brave://settings/security enable use secure DNS
Open profile B
Go to brave://settings/security disable use secure DNS

Actual result

use secure DNS is disabled in profile A

Expected result

use secure DNS is still enabled in profile A
