Chrome://apps page uses Chromium icon and links to Google Support page

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open chrome://apps
  2. Shows Chromium icon on the page
  3. Click on Learn how to install web apps
  4. Loads Chrome support page

Should use Brave brand icons and link Brave support page
