Description

Support.google.com is opened instead of the Brave support page when tapping ? on the Sync Options screen.

Steps to reproduce

Install and launch Brave 1.66104 or newer
Three-dot > Settings > Sync
Start new or join the existing sync chain
Sync Options > Tap ? in the top right corner > Observe

Actual result

Support.google.com is opened instead of the Brave support page when tapping ? on the Sync Options screen.

Expected result

The Community.brave.com support page must be opened when tapping ? on the Sync Options screen.
