Seems alright here on Windows.
@Zerophase I asked a teammate to try this on Arch Linux here try this out they had no issues. I tested and am in good shape on Windows and Android (everything displays properly).
Can you try again, maybe clear cache? If you don't want to clear browser cache, you could also use Ctrl + R on PayPal to dump cached items and try again
A screenshot would be helpful if you can still reproduce

This is what I'm seeing. I still get it even with Surricata and Zenarmor down. I tried clearing cache with ctrl + R with no luck.
If I use Firefox I do not have the issue.

I think this might be a general PayPal issue that shows up depending on network complexities. I'm having random problems that come and go, and PayPal support is terrible. They just tell me to wait three days, and when I try again in three days they tell me to wait three more.
Description
After putting password and user name into PayPal, and clicking through to two factor authentication the UI does not display correctly.
