Description

Initial text input field would be better as a resizable or multiline input

Steps to reproduce

  1. install 1.69.15
  2. launched Brave
  3. set brave://flags/#brave-ai-rewriter to Enabled
  4. clicked Restart
  5. selected a paragraph of text
  6. context-clicked
  7. chose Rewrite under Leo AI Tools
  8. look at the resulting dialog (take https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/38998 into account)

Actual result

The Initial text text-input field is a single line

Expected result

It'd be much easier if the Initial text text-input field could be either resizable or multi-line

I think that one should grow if there's two lines or more, but shouldn't be manually resizable in my opinion. That's supposed to be more of a pre-filled field, so it's not meant to be touched that much by the user
