Can't interact with the UI after opening a link in group #39289

Description

When I open a link in group, I can't switch tabs until I swipe down. Can't reproduce in Google Chrome.

Steps to reproduce

Close all tabs
Open any website, scroll down until UI disappears
On this website, open any link in group

Actual result

As you can see, I can't interact with the UI. Sometimes tabs even become invisible.

Expected result

I should be able to interact with the UI when it's on the screen. When the bottom panel is visible, tabs on it should be visible as well.
