The Ecosia search-engine icon in the Customize Dashboard -> Search dialog is missing, until you perform a search query with it

Found whilst testing https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/38977

Steps to reproduce

1. install 1.69.55
2. launch Brave
3. open a new-tab page
4. click on Customize at the bottom
5. click on Search
6. scroll down so the Ecosia label-text is visible
7. notice there's no icon

After you perform a query using Ecosia and return to the Customize -> Search flow, the icon is present
