[l10n] `Browser Lock` is not translated into `Spanish` language #39407

Description

Browser Lock is not translated into Spanish language.

Steps to reproduce

Set device language into Spanish language
Install and launch Brave
Three-dot menu > Settings
Scroll down and find Browser Lock > Observe

Actual result

Browser Lock is not translated into Spanish language. I checked the older build 1.64 (123) and observed the same issue.

Expected result

Browser Lock must be translated into Spanish language.

This will be fixed next time we pull translations in, so in 1.68. I will close this ticket when it happens
