[CR127] Inaccurate geo location shown

Description

Found while testing https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/39363. Using 1.69.61 (CR 127) build, my geolocation is no longer accurate. CR 126 builds - 1.69.49 and 1.67.123 shown my exact location but CR 127 builds shown general area and shown few miles away (about 4 miles).

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 1.69.61
2. launch Brave
3. load https://browserleaks.com/geo
4. verify map loads correct location

Actual result

geo location is not accurate (few miles away)

Accurate location should be loaded

reproduced on macOS using 1.69.60 Chromium: 127.0.6533.17. Confirmed my location was accurate previously with 1.69.49 Chromium: 126.0.6478.126.
