[Follow up to #39617][l10n] `About` string is not translated well into `Russian`

Description

Follow-up to #39617

Steps to reproduce

1. Set device language into Russian
2. Launch Brave
3. Hamburger menu > Settings
4. Scroll down > Find About > Observe

Actual result

The About string is not translated well into Russian. Right now it just said O which doesn't sound natural. I'm 90% sure, the same is true for Ukrainian. cc @AlexeyBarabash

On Android at the same time, it looks like:

• English -> About Brave
• Russian -> О браузере Brave - which you can translate as About Brave browser

@hffvld thanks I agree, both for Ukrainian and Russian - it doesn't sounds natural.

I would maybe change to: Russian -> О браузере Brave Ukrainian -> Про браузер Brave
