This list is used to remove useless/tracking parameters from URLs: https://github.com/DandelionSprout/adfilt/blob/master/LegitimateURLShortener.txt . I suggest to add it to the built-in filters, maybe not enabled by default, as it was done with other popular third-party filters such as Bypass paywalls clean.
