Description

Unable to save Vimeo videos to Playlist

Steps to reproduce

  1. install 1.70.37
  2. launch Brave
  3. load https://vimeo.com/989082177 (but any Vimeo video will do)
  4. click on the musical-note to add the item to Playlist
  5. wait

Per the spec, this should be supported:

Expected result

Should've been able to add Vimeo videos to my Playlist

Reproduced this issue with YouTube as well and errored out with same error. Note: Specifically with free YouTube movie videos.
