Hide text in Hide Leo AI icon is not translated in other locales

Steps to reproduce

Set OS locale to Germany or France
Clean profile 1.69.150
Right click on Leo icon in the toolbar
Hide text in Hide Leo AI icon is not translated in other locales

Actual result

Hide text in Hide Leo AI icon is not translated in other locales

Expected result

Hide text in Hide Leo AI icon should be translated in other locales

That string didn't make it to the 1.69.x round of localization: the PR (https://github.com/brave/brave-core/pull/25146) was merged into 1.69.x on Aug 15 whereas the l10n was submitted on Aug 13.
