Cast button doesn't appear in YouTube player

Description

I cannot see the cast symbol in my Youtube videos. Also the media widget does not show it. I replicated without extensions enabled, same.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use the current Brave browser
2. (I source mine from Arch, but it uses the binary from you anyway.)
3. Open Youtube, enable Media Router.
4. See no Cast button

Cast button shows next to fullsize button, and in the media widget.

And now, that I clicked it once, it activated the button in the Youtube toolbar as well!!

There's no Cast button in Chrome either so I'm not sure if they removed it. This isn't a Linux specific issue.

It comes and goes. And if you look at my last screenshot, its there.

But it is gone now (after a few days) again, and is currently not coming back.

Either way, I suggest we bring it back, regardless of the reason it is gone.

Almost no one will find the super hidden menu, that is currently the only choice.

Thats borderline removing the feature entirely.
