Pressing "Enter" twice when using the address bar in a Private window to search redirects to search.brave.com

Description

When you are using the address bar to enter a search query while using a Private window, there is a bug wherein the browser redirects you to search.brave.com if the Enter button is pressed twice in a row in quick succession.

It does not matter which search engine is selected when attempting to search, after the second press of Enter will always redirect to search.brave.com. This behavior only occurs in Private windows and happens across all desktop platforms.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch a private window
2. Enter search query in address bar
3. Press Enter twice quickly

Actual result

Redirected to search.brave.com

Expected result

Should just search the query in the selected search engine.

@Brave-Matt Can you try again in 1.69.162? I can't reproduce what you showed in the video. Entering twice quickly gets me to the default search engine results page.

Nevermind, sorry about that. Still reproducible in 1.69.162. It required I restart the browser for the search engine default to apply properly. I can't consistently reproduce it, in some instances the double enter goes to the search results page as expected.

Enter once gets you to the results page of whatever search engine. Enter twice quickly takes to search.brave.com
