With the following, we'll basically need to make sure that none of the UI has regressed after upgrading to C129. With C99, we had several UI issues, specifically the sync modals which we found late when we started running through the manual passes close to the release date.

[x] verify that the UI looks correct throughout Brave on a Tablet (modals/settings/drop downs etc..)
