The Brave flatpak is now official and I believe that is the recommended way to install packages on Fedora Silverblue.

I managed to install it by running this script: https://github.com/bsherman/ublue-custom/blob/main/install-brave-browser.sh

The instructions at https://github.com/bsherman/ublue-custom/blob/main/build_files/install-brave-browser.sh look a lot like downloading https://brave-browser-rpm-release.s3.brave.com/brave-browser.repo and running rpm-ostree install brave-browser (though there are some differences in the file).

@oajara @fmarier should we add instructions for installing via rpm-ostree at brave.com/linux?
