We're working on this. The tricky thing is to do this in a way that is performant (doesn't cause increase in page load times or laggy performance on lower-end devices) and doesn't cause too many false positives.
Then don't make it default, have it as an extra strong level of blocking, so the user can switch it on for certain problem sites only.
Or just watch whenever a new tab is opened, that should be a pretty universal action? If it's not a user created new tab then it should be easier to trigger a prompt that says, do you want to lock down this tab to never open another popup again no matter what (it only lasts for as long as the tab is open then it reverts back again)

Description
There are many sites that evolve to find ways to get popups to show somehow. I end up blocking the domains with the filter lists e.g. a full on block of anything from the domain , e.g. "||latestadtechnique.net"
But why do I have to do this manually - why can't I set a blocking mode that detects when anything happens that is a popup or new tab, that it gives me an option to automatically super black list that domain without having to do it manually. I just want a button that says (This domain, and it's origin (first domain that loaded usually redirects to another), should be blocked completely).
