Crash when launching Browser #41471

Can you reproduce this crash? Yes consistently when upgraded to 1.72.66

What steps will reproduce this crash? (If it's not reproducible, what were you doing just before the crash?)

  1. Upgrade to 1.72.66
  2. Launch browser
  3. Browser crashes

Note: I encounter the crash on both Windows and macOS. Both profiles have VPN and Leo premium enabled
